Professional Experience: 23 years of continual legal practice in the areas of business, collection, consumer, commercial, bankruptcy, divorce, contract, corporations, real estate law, civil and criminal procedure and mediation. I have successfully argued before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and have prevailed in two actions before the United States Supreme Court.
